Some projects (particularly retail and office) can suffer from challenges with parking allocation and/or unbalanced use of the common area amenities.  By evaluating your property, we can determine if such an imbalance exists, what its negative impacts are, and suggest a strategy to begin corrective measures.  Example: a shopping center may suffer from a highly successful restaurant that does provide good traffic but doesn't leave enough parking for the other tenants.
