When you refer a management client to us, we will pay you a referral fee equal to our first month's management fee.

If you are licensed but are not the existing commercial leasing agent and we place the listing with one of our partner providers, you will receive a 20% referral fee on the landlord side of every lease, renewal, or sale commission that our partner collects - for the life of our management contract!

If you are currently representing the client as a leasing/sales agent, we will also give you a written guarantee that we will refer all inquiries back to you. Protego does no sales or leasing work and will protect your relationship.
